Most recently, he was Vice President of Marketing for the Peninsula Alliance for Economic Development from 1998-2003. During his tenure with the Alliance, he helped create 2,500 new jobs and $250 Million in new investment by companies such as Symantec Corporation, Nextel Communications, and the John Deere Vehicle Group.

Rick Gregor

A. R. (Rick) Gregor, Jr. has worked on projects in both coastal areas of Virginia and North Carolina. Projects have ranged from smaller tract housing up to million-dollar custom homes on waterfront sites. Its moniker was adopted from it’s original development project of a small marina in the inner city of Norfolk; Snug Harbor Marina, into four waterfront homes. Anthony "Tony" Goodwin

Born and raised in Hampton Roads, Tony has more than 11 years experience with professional auction companies in Virginia specializing in FF&E and Estates. Tony earned his auctioneer license from the Mendenhall School of Auctioneering in 2008. A licensed Real Estate Agent, Tony has also been involved in property management and maintenance of both residential and commercial real estate and studied under the Alpha College of Real Estate. One of Tony’s passions is historical restoration. He is a past member of the Downtown Design Commission and currently serves on the Historic Preservation Commission in Portsmouth. Tony has successfully owned and managed restaurants and procured food service contracts with local and national companies. He has served as manager, buyer and merchandiser for home furnishing companies and is actively involved in community organizations, local government committees and leadership programs. His family has been in the real estate investments since 1972, and in the auction industry since 1982. Tony also enjoys acting in his spare time and has appeared in several episodes on the Discovery Channel and TLC.
