Paul Mumford

Paul Mumford earned his real estate license in 1991 and has focused on investment real estate since that time. Paul has won many sales awards with the latest coming from the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors. He received the Million Dollar Club achievement with his sales totaling over $18 million. Paul returned home from his stint in the Atlanta Commercial business in 2007 and joins Mid-Atlantic with an abundance of experience and knowledge. Paul graduated from Virginia Wesleyan College and completed professional education courses covering the computerized valuation of hotels, quality development techniques.

Prior to joining Mid-Atlantic Commercial, Fred spent 25 years in economic development at the local, regional and state levels. Most recently, he was Vice President of Marketing for the Peninsula Alliance for Economic Development from 1998-2003. During his tenure with the Alliance, he helped create 2,500 new jobs and $250 Million in new investment by companies such as Symantec Corporation, Nextel Communications, and the John Deere Vehicle Group.

Sam Kang is a native of Virginia and joined Mid Atlantic Commercial’s Brokerage Services team in 2008. With a background in Construction Management and Real Estate Appraisal, Sam is well educated and experienced in analyzing the current market in Virginia. Sam represents clients in the sales, leasing and management of retail, office, multi-family, and hospitality properties. He started his career in Commercial Real Estate with Washington R&I, Inc. as Director of Business Development before taking his current position with Mid Atlantic Commercial. Sam is a graduate of Christopher Newport University with a BA in Communication studies. While attending school, he was a President’s Leadership Program scholar participating in state and national forums on ethics and leadership.

Sharon is a native of Hampton Roads. She now resides on the Peninsula and enjoys serving her community in volunteer work. A. R. (Rick) Gregor, Jr. has worked on projects in both coastal areas of Virginia and North Carolina. Projects have ranged from smaller tract housing up to million-dollar custom homes on waterfront sites. Its moniker was adopted from it’s original development project of a small marina in the inner city of Norfolk; Snug Harbor Marina, into four waterfront homes. In the past decade and a half Rick has been responsible for the construction and development of hundreds of units, both residential and commercial in the Mid Atlantic region. Mr. Hill has more than 30 years of real estate experience based in Southeast Virginia and has been involved in the leasing and management of over 10 million sq. ft. of retail, office, warehouse, industrial, hospitality, residential, land, and multi-family properties during his career. Prior to joining Mid-Atlantic Commercial Real Estate, he handled these responsibilities as General Manager of Military Circle Mall and Pembroke Mall, as well as over 6 million sq. ft. of retail properties at S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. Mr. Hill is a graduate of Virginia Wesleyan College, Norfolk, VA and holds the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management of the National Association of Realtors, and a Real Estate Broker License from the Commonwealth of Virginia.
